Description

D4PLX is 4 post columns floor to floor or basement to ground or more floors with more auto doors car lift as smart garage equipment; It is also called Vertical Reciprocating Conveyor, a transportation conveyor moving car from one floor to another; it is a highly customized product, which could be customized according to customers' different requirements from lifting height, lifting capacity to platform sizes! The lift height, lift floors, lift auto doors loading weight are based on buyer requirements;  

This car lift meet JT155-2004 standard with capacity of fine structure, high and reliable stability, long life, easy operation, saving maintenance;   

D4PLX is composed of 4 columns, lift beam, lift platform, transmission beam, cylinder, lift chains, hydraulic pump station; The lift platform will lift up and fall down by manual operating the hydraulic pump button.

Characteristics of the System

1) Platform unblocked design, the car can go forward entrance,direct go out from other end; No need back out; 

2) Platform made with square pipes, welded channel steel, thread steel platform, both sides protected with 700mm height protective pipe guard rails;  

3) Fine double chains lift, chain No.LH1266, safety index over 7 times and meet GB/T8918-188 standard;  

4) Hydraulic system adopts fine quality China oil pump and control components to guarantee the hydraulic pump long life and stability;

5) Electric parts mostly China Zhengtai electric parts and each level designed with control box, The 3rd level above controlled by PLC;

6) This type lift extra designed with pneumatic safety device to guarantee locked safely at any time when the lift stops; No shaking when the car in and out;  

7) This lift designed with top stop stroke limit device, it can stop automatically when the lift up to the max height position;  

8) The lift synchronous operation with steady speed, without any abnormal sound and vibration creeping;

9) This lift controller has electric control components for over loading and loss of phase; Insulation resistance is less than 5M Om;

10) Each floor and on platform designed with operative button panel to realize multi-points control;

11) When the lift start to run, warning ring will warn people around;

12) Out appearance of the lift smooth and painting well with good looking;
